Ivolora provides a cycling community feed, ride-post publishing with an optional photo, rider profile settings, local ride-session history, weather notes, and parking notes. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed for those features, how long it is retained, and how users can request access, correction, deletion, or export.
If you browse the cycling community feed, publish a ride post, report content, or block an author, Ivolora processes your display name, visible post content, moderation choices, and feed-safety preferences. The legal basis for this processing is contract fulfillment for the community features and legitimate interest for abuse prevention, moderation review, and feed safety.
Published posts remain available until you remove them, they are removed during moderation, or the related account data is deleted. Moderation and abuse-handling records may be retained for up to 180 days when a review trail is required.
Ivolora requests camera access so you can capture a photo for a community post and photo-library access so you can choose an existing image for a post. The legal basis for this processing is consent because these permissions are optional and only used when you choose to attach media.
Photo selection and camera capture occur at your direction. If you do not grant access, you can still use the rest of the app without attaching an image.
When you choose an image from your device library, Ivolora accesses only the item you select for post creation. The legal basis is consent because this happens only after you open the picker and choose media.
Selected images are handled as post content. If a post is deleted or local draft content is cleared, the app no longer needs that selected media for the related flow.
Ivolora may rely on service categories such as crash and diagnostics tooling, framework dependencies, device media pickers, and hosted support channels. These service categories process only the information needed for their operational role.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data associated with Ivolora by emailing support@ivolora.com with the subject line "Privacy Request - Ivolora". We respond within 30 days. The legal basis for handling those requests is compliance with legal obligations and contract fulfillment for account support.
Ivolora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the app, contact support@ivolora.com so the issue can be reviewed.
We may update this Privacy Policy when features, legal requirements, or operational practices change. Material updates will be reflected in the current policy page before or when the change takes effect.
